What is the ruling on plucking sparse grey hairs from a man's eyebrows?

Plucking gray hairs from the eyebrows or other parts of the body is disliked by most scholars. The Shafi'is, Malikis, Hanbalis, and others have considered it disliked based on the hadith: "Do not pluck gray hairs, for they are the light of a Muslim." Some have even gone to the extent of prohibiting it.
