Expediting the preparation and burial of the deceased is a শর'ঈ (Shar'i) requirement. It is disliked to pass by the deceased's home if that results in prolonged delay or hardship. A martyr of car accidents is to be categorized with a martyr of demolition or burning. There is no objection to burial after Asr prayer, and the prohibition mentioned applies to burial at sunrise, at zawal (midday when the sun begins to decline), and at sunset.
