Is the wife's right (shar'an) limited to the provision of food and shelter, and is she entitled to refuse living with her husband if he decides to travel?

It is recommended to supplicate, be patient, and engage in frequent remembrance [of Allah]. The husband's statement that his obligations are limited to financial support is incorrect, as there are other rights such as justice, overnight stay, and conjugal relations conducted with fairness. The wife has the right to seek divorce if her husband is absent for more than six months without excuse and refuses to return. The husband must be just among his wives, even if they are in different countries, and it is permissible for him to call his second wife to check on her well-being. Emphasis is placed on the importance of dialogue between spouses and the mediation of wise individuals to reconcile differences.
