Is it permissible for a woman to seek divorce if her husband does not provide for the children's non-essential needs, such as participation in courses and the purchase of laptops and iPads?

A woman is not permitted to seek divorce from her husband unless there is a legitimate reason, and the reason mentioned does not permit her to do so.

The husband is obligated to provide for his children sufficiently. He should also be generous with his family in permissible and beneficial matters, as Allah has made ample for him. He should facilitate his children's development and assist them in attending beneficial courses, and not be stingy with them regarding modern technology that Allah has made easy for him, as it contains benefit for them.
