It is not permissible to wear a Sikh turban, as it involves imitating disbelievers, which is prohibited. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever imitates a people is one of them." The fact that the intention of the doer is to protect those under the age of twenty-one from buying alcohol does not make this imitation permissible, as it is considered a major sin. One should seek permissible and beneficial work that does not expose oneself to risks.
