What is the ruling on stopping a Quranic reciter (audio player) at a verse whose meaning is not yet complete?

Stopping and starting during the recitation of the Holy Quran is intended as a technical pause, not a prohibition or a dislike, because voluntary stopping is what improves the recitation. There is no obligatory or forbidden stop in the Quran, except for stops that have a reason, such as intending to change the meaning. Examples include stopping at "ilah" (god) in His (the Almighty’s) saying: {And there is no god except one God}, or stopping at "la yastahyee" (is not ashamed) in His saying: {And Allah is not ashamed of the truth}. It is out of perfect etiquette that the reciter should only stop at a good meaning. There is no sin upon him if he stops at an unseemly place, as long as he did not intend it. The matter of listening is easier; there is no harm upon the listener in stopping the reciter wherever he wishes. However, perfect etiquette dictates that listening should be paused at a good meaning.
