What is the legitimate way out to prevent the occurrence of divorce based on the words uttered, given the scholarly disagreement regarding whether or not divorce has occurred?

You have burdened yourself, wasted your time, and caused distress and difficulty for yourself, your husband, and your in-laws. This contradicts the blessed Sharia, which came with ease, simplicity, and the removal of hardship and difficulty from people. Allah the Almighty said: "He has chosen you and has not placed upon you in the religion any difficulty" (Al-Hajj: 78). Indeed, religion is ease, and one should not be strict with oneself in it. Whoever is strict with himself will be overcome by religion. If you had accepted the fatwa given to you from the beginning, you would have found ease, for the Sharia does not obligate you to search for a consensus on a fatwa, but rather to seek a reliable mufti and act upon his fatwa.
