Is it correct to say, "Verily, after hardship comes ease," and attribute it to Allah, Glorious and Exalted be He, knowing that the Quranic text is, "Verily, with hardship comes ease"?

Transmitting the Qur'an by meaning is prohibited, whereas transmitting Hadith by meaning is permitted under certain conditions. The Almighty's saying: "Indeed, with hardship [will be] ease" (Quran 94:6) implies companionship, not sequence, which is explicitly stated in the verse about divorce: "Allah will bring about after hardship, ease" (Quran 65:7). Precision is required when conveying information about Allah Almighty. It is permissible to mention the meaning of a verse if its understanding is confirmed, while indicating that this meaning is contained within a Quranic verse. However, it is not permissible to say: "Allah Almighty said," and then present a phrase that is not the exact wording of the Qur'an.
