Does a deceased daughter feel the ‘Umrah and Hajj dedicated to her, does she move from one place to another because of them, and what is the reward for that?

If you performed Hajj and Umrah and dedicated their reward to your daughter, she would receive the merit, benefit from it, and feel joy. As for her moving with it from one place to another, that is among the matters of the unseen. However, her benefiting from the reward might elevate her ranks or alleviate her burdens. The reward of Hajj and Umrah is determined by the degree of their perfection, the piety of their performer, and his sincerity to Allah. The acceptance of the deed is accordingly, as Allah the Almighty said: "Indeed, Allah only accepts from the righteous."
