The answer

As long as you are afflicted with سلس ( سلس البول – urinary incontinence, سلس الريح – flatulence incontinence ), there is no harm for you in acting upon the opinion of the Malikis that the ablution of a person afflicted with سلس is not invalidated by the expiry of the prayer’s time. The increase in urine or gas due to the mentioned irritants does not harm you, nor does it necessitate repeating the ablution as long as the سلس persists.
