How sound is the saying that everything pertaining to the Jews is incorrect and there is no hope from them, and that there is hope from the Christians?

Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day and performs righteous deeds, whether they are Christians, Jews, or others, they shall have what all Muslims have. They will be given their reward twice if they believe in the message of Muhammad, peace be upon him, as Allah the Almighty says: "Indeed, those who believed and those who were Jews or Christians or Sabeans – whoever believed in Allah and the Last Day and did righteousness – will have their reward with their Lord, and no fear will there be concerning them, nor will they grieve." And His saying: "Those will be given their reward twice for what they patiently endured." However, whoever adheres to a religion other than Islam is a disbeliever and a loser, as Allah the Almighty says: "And whoever seeks a religion other than Islam, it will never be accepted of him, and in the Hereafter he will be among the losers." Therefore, it should not be said that there is no hope for any Jews, and that there is hope for Christians.
