Is a sacrificial animal (udhiyah) valid if its price is taken from the mosque's storehouse, and it is attributed to the mosque, and then distributed to the mosque congregation or others?

The sacrificial animal (Udhiyah) is not to be added to the mosque's property; rather, it is addressed to the capable Muslims. It is not permissible to use funds endowed for the mosque's interests to purchase the Udhiyah. Instead, endowments must be spent according to the conditions set by the endower, as long as these conditions do not violate Islamic law. Whoever damages an endowment must guarantee it by returning its value to purchase a similar one. Therefore, the amount spent on the Udhiyah must be returned to the mosque's endowment to be spent on its interests according to the endower's conditions.
