When are the deeds of the servants presented to Allah, and what is the meaning of "All of my Ummah are forgiven except for the Al-Mujahireen (those who make their sins public)," and does this include the perpetrators of major sins?

Humans' deeds are presented weekly on Mondays and Thursdays, and annually in the month of Sha'ban. On these two days, every believer is forgiven except those who are in dispute; for them, a delay is requested until they reconcile. The presentation of night deeds before day deeds or the presentation of deeds in Sha'ban does not contradict this, because presentation differs from elevation (رفع). As for the hadith, "All of my Ummah will be forgiven except al-Mujahirin (those who publicize their sins)," "al-mu'afah" (forgiveness/well-being) in this context can mean either forgiveness or concealment (of sins). Al-Mujahirin are those who openly committed their sins and uncovered Allah's concealment over them without necessity. By doing so, they commit an additional sin beyond the original transgression. Sins include major and minor ones, and the hadith encompasses those who commit major sins.
