Is it Islamically permissible for a husband to leave his wife at her family's home, without asking about her needs, or fulfilling her emotional and material requests, and only coming for his own needs, knowing that the marriage agreement included obtaining a separate home, and that the wife works and is able to financially assist in renting a home? And is the wife considered disobedient (nashiz) if she demands her right for her husband to be with her in the marital home?

Since the issue involves claims against the husband, a ruling on it requires hearing from both parties. Therefore, it is more appropriate to consult a scholar in person so that he can hear and seek clarification from both sides, or to refer the matter to the Sharia court.

In general, the wife has the right to an independent dwelling with its basic facilities, and the husband must treat her kindly and fulfill her rights, such as the right to maintenance. He must go out and earn a living if he is in financial difficulty.

The default is for the husband to sleep with his wife every night. The wife is permitted to leave the marital home if her husband does not provide her with an independent dwelling, or to demand her rights. In these two cases, she is not considered disobedient (nashiz).

It is recommended to eat with the wife, but not obligatory. Mutual understanding and respect between the spouses are advised, along with intervention from relatives or virtuous individuals when needed.
