What is the ruling on moving the Mushaf away from a man who places his foot in front of it during supplication, and is his action considered a rejection of advice?

The summary of the fatwa is that extending one's legs towards the Mus'haf is forbidden or reprehensible. The person doing this should be advised, seeking the help of the mosque's Imam or elders, or by placing the Mus'haf on a stand higher than the level of the feet. Moreover, despising a Muslim is forbidden, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "It is enough evil for a man to despise his Muslim brother."
