Is it permissible to play the Holy Quran in chat rooms where young men and women intermingle, for the purpose of guiding them, and does sin result from that?

One can advise those who do this or hold scientific lectures or meaningful songs instead of subjecting the Quran to raised voices, so that obstinacy does not lead to falling into the forbidden.
