Is it obligatory not to follow those in authority regarding their view that work and bank interest are usury, especially since the Grand Mufti of the Republic deems them not to be unlawful?

We have previously discussed the ruling on working and investing in usurious banks. Obedience to those in authority is obligatory as long as they do not command disobedience, based on the words of Allah Almighty: "O you who have believed, obey Allah and obey the Messenger and those in authority among you. And if you disagree over anything, refer it to Allah and the Messenger, if you should believe in Allah and the Last Day. That is the best [way] and best in outcome," and the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "Obedience is only in what is good (ma'ruf)." We affirm that every statement can be taken or left, except for the statement of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him.
