Is it true that the office colleague who reads fortunes from coffee cups and summons jinn is responsible for the colon pain the questioner is experiencing?

Claiming knowledge of the unseen is a heinous reprehensible act, a denial of the Quran, and disbelief in the Creator of the heavens and the earth. Allah Almighty says: "Say, 'None in the heavens and earth knows the unseen except Allah,'" and "And no soul perceives what it will earn tomorrow." The claim of knowing the unseen through reading coffee cups or palms is a form of divination and a matter of Jahiliyyah (pre-Islamic ignorance). Whoever believes someone who claims knowledge of the unseen is a disbeliever. Allamah Ibn Baz stated that a diviner is one who claims knowledge of hidden matters, such as one who looks at stars, or draws lines in sand, or looks into coffee cups or palms, or opens a book claiming to know the unseen. Such individuals are disbelievers because of this belief, as they associate partners with Allah in an attribute exclusive to Him, and they deny His saying, "And with Him are the keys of the unseen; none knows them except Him." And whoever goes to them and believes them has disbelieved in what was revealed to Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, according to the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "Whoever goes to a fortune-teller or a diviner and believes what he says has disbelieved in what was revealed to Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him." And whoever goes to them and asks them about something, his prayer will not be accepted for forty nights. All these sciences are prohibited sciences of Jahiliyyah. One must advise those who claim to know the unseen and those who believe them, and explain the danger of their actions. What the diviner reports and what happens is either mere guesswork or what the devils whisper, with much added falsehood. One must seek healing through legitimate ruqyah (Islamic incantations) to repel the evil of these individuals.
