Does the lack of lineage compatibility between spouses necessitate divorce? Are there any proofs for this? And is this considered racial discrimination?

Scholars have differed in their opinions on this matter; some consider lineage, among them Abu Hanifa, while others do not, among them Imam Malik. In the case of a valid marriage contract, it is not permissible to compel them to divorce on the pretext of incompatibility of lineage, according to what we prefer. However, if the ruling in the Sharia courts is contrary to what we issue a fatwa on, then Muslims in that country must submit to the Sharia judiciary in their country.
