It is permissible to supplicate against an oppressor who intentionally inflicted harm unjustly, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Beware of the supplication of the oppressed, for there is no barrier between it and Allah." Among the times when supplications are answered are: the last part of the night, after the prescribed prayers, and on the hour of Friday. We advise forgiveness and pardon, for Allah Almighty says: "And whoever is patient and forgives, indeed that is of the matters [requiring] determination."
