Is it permissible for a farmer to lease his land for a year to someone who owns livestock, given the Hadith: "Muslims are partners in three things: pasturage, water, and fire"?

The reported Hadith: "Muslims are partners in three things: pasture, water, and fire" is an authentic Hadith.

Pasture (grass) is of two types: 1. That which grows by Allah's action without human intervention: It is not permissible to rent or sell this as long as it is in its place of growth, even if it is on private property, because people are partners in it. The owner of the land has a greater right to it for his need, but if he does not need it or if there is some left over, it is not permissible to withhold it from people. It is permissible to sell it if the owner of the land acquires it and takes it from its place of growth. 2. That which grows with human intervention (irrigation, cultivation): This is specific to its owner, and it is permissible to sell it or rent the land for its sake, provided that the rental is for the land and not for the grass.
