1. Is it permissible to perform 'Umrah and dedicate its reward to a living person? 2. Is it permissible to supplicate at the grave of Sayyidah 'Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her), and will such supplication be answered? 3. Is it permissible to dedicate the reward of good deeds to living persons, such as ongoing charity for the expansion of the Haram? 4. Is it permissible to supplicate for someone to be like Umm Al-Mu'minin 'Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) in piety and righteousness?

If a woman is physically and financially able to perform the obligatory 'Umrah, it is not permissible for someone else to perform it on her behalf. There is no objection to performing 'Umrah for oneself and dedicating its reward to the woman or to other living individuals; some scholars believe the reward reaches them. Supplicating at the grave is not legislated, and one should not supplicate for the woman there. However, there is no harm in supplicating for her elsewhere for piety and righteousness, and this is not an act of transgression or an attempt to reach the status of 'Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her. The amount designated for the expansion of the Two Holy Mosques should be given to the responsible authorities. If it is not possible to spend it on the expansion, it should be given as charity in any charitable cause.
