Is reading seven parts of the Holy Qur’an on Saturday sufficient for one’s daily portion, or does each day have a different merit?

Persisting in reciting the Quran daily is preferable to limiting oneself to one day a week, because of the virtue of constancy in small deeds, as affirmed by the hadith: "The most beloved deeds to Allah are those that are most consistent, even if they are few," and the hadith of Aisha: "Whenever the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, performed a deed, he would establish it." There is no harm in increasing recitation during holidays, but it should not be limited to them, for a Muslim worships Allah daily, and Saturday does not have a special virtue distinguishing it from other days.
