If it is merely a sensation of drops coming out after purification (istinjāʾ), then you should ignore that and continue praying; because it might be a whisper (waswasa), and it suffices to sprinkle water on the private parts and trousers. However, if you are certain that urine drops exited during prayer, then your ablution and prayer are invalidated, and you must repeat them both. If these drops cease, then wait for them to stop, then perform ablution and pray. But if their exit is continuous, such that they do not stop for a sufficient time to perform the prayer, then you are afflicted with urinary incontinence (sils al-bawl), and you must perform ablution for each prayer after its time has begun and pray, and what exits from you will not harm you. As for urine remaining in the penis for a long time, this matter should be referred to specialists.
