Is it also correct that I should ignore doubt about the emission of pre-seminal fluid (madhy) due to interacting with women or thoughts, and not wash the private parts and repeat ablution unless I am certain? And if it does exit, is washing the private parts sufficient if sprinkling the garment with water is difficult?

One who experiences drops of urine after urinating must wait until they cease, then purify himself and pray. If he is certain that drops emerged after ablution or during prayer, he must cleanse himself, repeat ablution, and repeat the prayer, because ablution is nullified by anything that exits, even if small. This is not considered incontinence ( سلس ) unless the discharge is continuous most of the time.

If a person with incontinence touches his private part with his pure hand, his hand does not become impure unless he is certain that it touched wet impurity. If a wet hand touches dry impurity, it becomes impure.

Do not pay attention to obsessive thoughts about madhi (pre-seminal fluid). Ablution is not nullified by doubt concerning it; rather, one remains in a state of purity until certainty of its exit is established. If you are certain that madhi has exited, you must purify the body and clothes from it by sprinkling them with water.
