Is it permissible to accept a financial compensation of 200 Euros for a three-hour flight delay, after having paid 100 Euros for the ticket?

First: If the airline stipulates compensation for flight delays, it is permissible for the traveler to take it, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Muslims are bound by their conditions." It is permissible to take the compensation whether a harm occurred or not.

Second: If compensation is not stipulated, the traveler is not entitled to claim it unless they incurred material harm due to the delay, as non-material harm is not compensated.
