Is it permissible to pray for marriage at an early age, and is love – which is concealed in the heart and difficult to get rid of – unlawful?

Love has different types, and their details and rulings have been previously explained in Fatwas: 34031, 32622, and 32126. For the cure of passionate love ('ishq), please refer to Fatwa no. 34504. There is no harm in supplicating for a righteous husband at this age.
