Is the Qunut supplication recited after Surat Al-Fatiha and the following surah, or after bowing? And is the Qunut supplication recited with hands raised or placed on the stomach?

The majority of scholars hold the view that the qunut should be recited after bowing (rukūʿ). However, if one recites it before bowing, there is no harm, as both methods have been reported in the Sunnah. As for the manner of raising the hands, one should raise them to the chest, extend them with their palms facing the sky, and bring them together.
