When does the Imam begin the Qunūt supplication in Ramadan, how are the hands raised, and where do the Imam and the congregants look during it?

The Qunut supplication is prescribed in all Sunnah (definition) prayers. Jurists have agreed on its permissibility in the latter half of Ramadan (definition). As for its starting time, the majority of scholars hold the view that it is preferable to perform Qunut after bowing (rukūʿ), though it is also permissible before it. The place to look during the Qunut supplication, according to the majority of scholars, is the place of prostration (sujūd).
