How can one find guidance when there is a powerful devil?

The correct path to guidance is to feel the need for it, and to acquire religious knowledge by which one can distinguish what Allah loves in order to follow it, and what He dislikes in order to avoid it. To treat falling into the snares of Satan, frequently seek refuge in Allah from his whisperings, and remember that his plot is weak, as Allah Almighty said: "Indeed, the plot of Satan has ever been weak." Take every measure to protect yourself from his evil, such as befriending the righteous and staying away from bad companions.
