What is the ruling on mut'ah marriage (temporary marriage) in the event of the wife's absence and living in a foreign country that prohibits polygamy, knowing the jurisprudential disagreement regarding its permissibility out of necessity?

Mut'ah marriage (temporary marriage) is forbidden by the consensus of Muslims. The consensus on its prohibition has been transmitted from Ibn al-Mundhir, Qadi Iyad, Al-Khattabi, and Al-Qurtubi. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, forbade it on the day of Khaybar, and prohibited it until the Day of Resurrection, due to the harms that result from it, such as the loss of children and the mixing of lineages. As for marriage with the intention of divorce without stipulating it in the contract, scholars have differed concerning it. The majority are of the opinion that it is permissible, but it is better to avoid it due to the suspicion of deceit involved.
