Is it permissible to litigate before a personal status court that rules according to the Maliki school of thought and is presided over by a female judge in matters of divorce and annulment?

A woman is not permitted to assume the role of a judge because it is a public office specifically designated for men. However, if there is no male judge available, and a person is compelled to litigate and finds no one but a female judge, and abandoning the litigation before her would lead to the loss of their right or cause them harm, then it is permissible to litigate before her out of necessity, as Allah the Almighty says: (So fear Allah as much as you are able).
