Is a woman's consent required for marriage, and was Aisha's consent taken for her marriage to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, when she was nine years old, and is the consent of a child considered valid, and was the marriage by divine command, and was Surat al-Talaq revealed before or after the Prophet's marriage to Aisha?

"The permission of a previously married woman (thayyib) and a mature virgin (bikr baligh) is required for marriage, except for a young girl (saghirah), whose permission is not required by consensus. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, married Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her, when she was six years old, and consummated the marriage with her in Medina when she was nine. His marriage to her took place in Mecca before the revelation of Surah At-Talaq, which is a Medinan surah."
