Is it permissible to undergo sinus surgery for the purpose of treatment, despite the possibility of altering the shape of the nose, knowing that tampering with Allah's creation is forbidden?

There is no objection to performing a surgical operation to change the shape of the nose if the patient is in need of treatment, and this is not considered to be altering God's creation, which is forbidden.
