Is the sister on the father's side, whom the deceased described as a sorceress and an infidel, to inherit only one thousand riyals from the estate, given that the deceased has a daughter and two wives?

The deceased's estate is distributed as follows: The daughter receives half due to her being the sole child. The two wives receive one-eighth due to the presence of a lineal descendant, to be divided equally between them. If the sister's disbelief (kufr) is proven, the remainder of the estate is inherited by the daughter by way of radd (return), and the sister receives only what her brother bequeathed to her. If her disbelief is not proven, she takes the remainder after the shares of the daughter and the wives, as sisters become 'asabat (agnate heirs) with daughters. Estate matters must be brought before Sharia courts for investigation.
