Is there a Hadith that says: "Perhaps a reciter of the Quran recites it while the Quran curses him"?

The aforementioned hadith: "Many a reciter of the Qur'an, and the Qur'an curses him" — we do not know of any origin for it from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. It has been attributed to the Companion Anas ibn Malik, as stated in "Ihya' 'Ulum al-Din," and transmitted from Maymun ibn Mihran.

Its meaning is to warn the Muslim who recites the Qur'an against abandoning its principles. For among the servants of Allah are those who recite the Qur'an but violate its commands and prohibitions, such as engaging in usury, injustice, and backbiting.

Sheikh Ibn Baz was asked about this hadith, and he replied that he did not know of its authenticity from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. He added that if it were authentic, its meaning would be that there is something in the Qur'an that warrants censuring and cursing the reciter; because he recites the Qur'an but violates its commands or commits its prohibitions.
