What is the fruit of the sciences of the Qur'an, and which of its branches is the best?

The benefit of the Quranic sciences can be summarized in the recitation, understanding, and contemplation of Allah’s words, preserving them from addition, deletion, or alteration, and deriving legal rulings. As for the best among them, no single type can be judged as absolutely superior. However, those related to correcting creed, worship, and individual obligations (fard al-ayn) are considered individual obligations, while others are communal obligations (fard al-kifaya). And individual obligations take precedence over communal obligations.
