What is the authenticity of the the Qudsi Hadith: "O son of Adam, I created you for worship, so do not play, and I divided your provision for you, so do not tire yourself..." and was it mentioned in the book 'At-Targhib wa At-Tarhib'?

The aforementioned hadith was not found in Al-Mundhiri's book "At-Targhib". Sheikh Al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah stated that this hadith is from the Israʼiliyyat (Jewish traditions). A similar wording was narrated in Tafsir Ibn Kathir, and Sheikh Haqqi and Al-Abshīhī mentioned it in "Al-Mustatraf" quoting Ka'b Al-Ahbar, stating that it is from the Torah.
