What is the ruling on hunting if the ruler forbids it? And is it permissible to rent cars to tourists who bring alcohol and women?

It is not permissible for a Muslim to aid or assist in committing sins, as Allah Almighty says: "And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression." Therefore, it is not permissible for car owners to rent their vehicles to companies that use them for prohibited matters. Companies must fear Allah and refrain from contributing to evil. As for obeying the ruler in refraining from hunting, it is obligatory if there is a benefit in it, provided he does not command a sin.
