Is it permissible to send the money for a sacrificed animal, vowed by the husband for recovery, to his father to distribute in his country? And how should it be distributed? Do the household members have a share in it? And what should be done with the hide, head, and entrails?

If the questioner's statement "my husband gifted..." means a vow to slaughter for Allah, then he must fulfill his vow. If he did not vow the slaughter himself, he may send the price of the animal to his father or someone else to purchase and slaughter it.

As for the method of distribution, a vow of obedience is spent on the recipient intended by the one who made the vow. If he intended the poor and needy, it must be distributed to them. If he intended his relatives and household, he should give it to them. If he did not specify a recipient, then its recipient is the recipient of charity, namely the poor and needy. The hide, head, and intestines should be given as charity just like the meat.
