Is it permissible for a father to pay Zakat al-Fitr on behalf of his married daughter who is residing and fasting with him, while her husband is absent?

"The Zakat al-Fitr for the wife is obligatory upon her able-bodied husband. The father is not obliged to pay it on behalf of his married daughter, and it will not be valid for him to do so without her husband's permission, due to the necessity of intention in Zakat. However, some scholars hold the view that Zakat al-Fitr becomes obligatory upon the father if he voluntarily undertook the maintenance of his daughter during the month of Ramadan."
