Is it permissible to marry using money stolen from the state?

It is not permissible to commit theft to cover the costs of marriage. However, if it occurs, the marriage is valid, but the one who committed the theft bears the sin of theft and is obligated to return the stolen money and repent to Allah. The woman is entitled to a dowry similar to that of her peers. If he married her with what he does not possess, then a dowry of similar value becomes obligatory due to the invalidity of the dowry agreement.
