What is the relationship of the deceased to their family after death, and does the soul visit any of its family? And can it come to a person and warn them of something or tell them something that will happen? And where is the soul, and does it know its place in Paradise or Hell?

The soul is part of the unseen, which no one can comprehend except through proof. The mutual visitation of souls has been previously explained in Fatwa no. 43053.

The dwelling place of souls in the intermediate life (Barzakh) is either in bliss or severe torment. This cannot be determined except for those whom Allah and His Messenger have testified for. We refrain from discussing what has not been established by proof.
