Is it permissible to donate half of the 'aqiqah to a needy man who is getting married?

It is permissible for the owner of the aqiqah to donate half of it or whatever he wishes from it, especially to the needy. The recommended way to distribute it is to divide it into three parts: one-third as a gift, one-third as charity, and one-third for eating. However, this is not obligatory, so it is permissible to give all or part of it as charity.
