What is the ruling and solution for a married woman who committed adultery after her marriage, is pregnant by her husband, and has three daughters, knowing that the discovery of her affair led to her staying with her family, her ex-husband is demanding the daughters, and her rectification requires follow-up?

If the wife continues to commit indecency, she must be advised and urged to repent. If she repents, then praise be to Allah. If she persists, her husband should divorce her to protect his honor. She has no right to custody of her children as long as she remains in that state due to her transgression. Her husband or guardian must prevent her from mixing with men or being alone with them. It is not permissible to accuse her of adultery without proof, and what the husband did by exposing her matter to her family is not permissible unless it is absolutely necessary to avert her evil or to reform her.
