What is the ruling on working for a company that designs websites for horse betting?

Receiving a prize for a horse race is permissible, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "There is no prize except in archery, or hoof, or paw." This prize (or reward) is permissible in these three matters, but with conditions: that the prize comes from an external party, or that one of the competitors contributes money on the condition that he does not lose if he wins, or that the money comes from the competitors and with them is another party who takes the money if he wins and does not lose if he is defeated. Since modern betting often does not follow these Sharia-compliant regulations and falls under the category of prohibited gambling (maysir), it is not permissible to assist in it, due to Allah's (the Most High) saying: "And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression."
