What is the interpretation of Verses 51-54 of Surat Saba', and do their events take place in the Hereafter or in this world, and what is the meaning of "and they cast their aspersions at the unseen from a distant place" if it is in the Hereafter?

The Almighty says: ﴿And if you could but see when they are terrified, but there will be no escape, and they will be seized from a nearby place.﴾: Meaning, if you could see these deniers on the Day of Resurrection, they will be taken from their graves at first glance. ﴿And they will say, "We believe in it!" But how could they attain [faith] from a distant place?﴾: They will say, "We believe in Allah," and the acceptance of their faith is deemed impossible because the Day of Resurrection is a day of recompense, not a day of trial, and this world (the distant place) has become far from them. ﴿While they had disbelieved in it before, and they are pelting at the unseen from a distant place.﴾: How can they believe when they had disbelieved in the truth in this world and denied the messengers, and they say presumptuously: "There is no resurrection, no Paradise, and no Hell," and they falsely described the Prophet (peace be upon him). ﴿And a barrier will be placed between them and what they desire, as was done with their partisans before. Indeed, they were in disquieting doubt.﴾: They will be deprived of the pleasures of this world and of repentance, just as Allah did with previous nations due to their denial of the messengers, because of their doubt and suspicion in this world, so Allah did not accept their faith when they witnessed the torment.
