How can I honor my parents who live in Egypt while my siblings and I work in Saudi Arabia, knowing that my salary in Egypt is low, and is it obligatory for me to leave my job and travel to sit by their side?

If your stay in the country of work does not cause your parents to be neglected, then there is no harm in you staying, and you are not obligated to return to live with them. You can show them dutifulness by inquiring about them, checking on their well-being, assisting them financially, and visiting them whenever possible. For filial piety is among the best deeds and the most beloved to Allah.
