Is it permissible to perform Tayammum with mud if no dust is available in Bardania?

Tayammum is valid with everything that ascends to the surface of the earth, such as dust, stone, and sand, and solidified clay, as long as it does not contaminate the person performing tayammum. This is based on the Almighty's saying: "then perform tayammum with pure earth." "Sa'īd" (الصعيد) refers to the surface of the earth. It is not a condition to have dust or for it to produce dust.
