Is it permissible to give Zakat al-Mal (money Zakat) and Zakat al-Fitr to humanitarian organizations such as the Red Cross in Sweden, knowing that these organizations deal with usurious banks and lotteries, and given the difficulty of finding impoverished people in Sweden?

If there is no one deserving of Zakat al-Fitr in Sweden, it is permissible to transfer it to another country. However, it is not permissible to send aid, especially Zakat, through the Red Cross, as they are not trustworthy with it. It can be sent through the Red Crescent if it is known that they deliver it to the poor in a Shariah-compliant manner.
